Terms of use

Snoopi.ai is provided by Online Group Games (“we,” “us”). These terms govern your use of Snoopi, including the temporary Snoopi website. By creating a teacher account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information. Contact support@onlinegroupgames.com with questions.

1. Adults lead the classroom

Teacher accounts are for adults 18 and older. If you act for a school or organization, you must have authority to use the service and its materials for that organization. Students do not create accounts; they may participate only in a responsible adult’s active quiz room. An adult must supervise classroom use and review the facts, answers, age suitability, instructions, and source references before presenting. AI-generated content can be wrong or incomplete. Snoopi does not guarantee learning outcomes or replace professional judgment or adult supervision.

2. Your account

Provide an accurate teacher email address, protect your password, and do not share account credentials. Tell support if you believe your account has been misused. Email confirmation and password-reset emails are not available in this release; keep your password safe. Support may verify account authority before helping and cannot promise recovery without sufficient verification.

3. Your materials and classroom content

Upload only content you have the right to use and process with our service providers. You retain your rights in your original material. You give us permission to process, store, transform, and display that material as needed to create and deliver your lessons, backups, and sharing features. You are responsible for checking permissions and the suitability of generated output; AI output may be similar to other output and is not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights.

Do not upload student names, rosters, email addresses, grades, IEPs, health information, or other identifying records. Do not put identifying student information in substitute notes. Student quiz use must follow applicable school, privacy, and consent requirements. These terms do not shift our legal privacy obligations to a teacher or school. Contact us before use that requires a separate institutional data-processing agreement.

4. Acceptable use and sharing

Do not use Snoopi for unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful activity; upload malicious code; defeat limits or security controls; or access another teacher’s account, source material, quiz, or billing data. Do not sell or transfer access to another person’s account. Substitute links allow anyone holding the link to use the permitted presentation: share them privately, choose an appropriate expiry, and revoke them when no longer needed. Keep private presenter controls off the student display.

5. Free access and subscriptions

Free accounts require no payment card and incur no subscription charge. Generation allowances and plan features are listed on Pricing. There is no automatic paid trial. We will not begin charging an existing Free account without a separate purchase agreement.

If you choose a Snoopi Pro subscription, checkout will disclose its price, billing interval, any applicable taxes, and renewal terms before you agree to pay. A recurring subscription renews for the disclosed interval until canceled. You may cancel future renewal from Account & billing using Stripe’s hosted customer portal; contact support if you cannot access cancellation. Unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not itself request a refund. We will disclose material subscription changes before they take effect and obtain any consent required by law.

6. Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Email support@onlinegroupgames.com from your account email with the transaction reference and a short explanation. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, or student records. We consider the circumstances and applicable law; no blanket refund is promised. This policy does not limit mandatory refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights.

7. Availability, suspension, and ending use

We may maintain, change, or temporarily interrupt the service, or restrict access to address abuse, security issues, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain a restriction and allow you to contact support. You may stop using Snoopi and request account deletion through support. Deleting a lesson removes its stored source records and sharing capabilities from the active service; copies you printed, downloaded, or shared outside Snoopi are not recalled. Retention and backups are described in the Privacy policy.

8. Service limitations and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Snoopi is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free AI output, or fitness for every classroom. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by use of the service to the extent the law permits that limitation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

9. Changes and contact

We will post updated terms with their effective date and provide notice of material changes through the service. Changes apply prospectively; we will seek additional agreement where required.
